“Disc Cleanser” is a very useful piece of software that can help you when you decide to clean your hard disk and scan & remove the junk files that can cause system performance degradation and potentially expose your web data (passwords, form data or internet history) to computer hackers. I use this tool because I like its features, because it is very easy to use and satisfies my needs. Thanks to “Disc Cleanser”, my computer doesn’t run slowly anymore. I managed to find and safely delete all the files that were of no interest to me, such as temporary files, various log files, index files and backup files. “Disc Cleanser” allows you to choose whether you want to delete all such files or just some of them. “Disk Cleaner” can identify more than 50 types of junk files, and you can customize the list. I appreciate the feature that allows you to choose to have these files permanently deleted, or else first moved to the Recycle Bin. And you can have the program do the cleanup automatically, or you can do it manually. “Disc Cleanser” works for Internet Explorer (being able to clean Temporary files, URL history, cookies, Autocomplete form history and index.dat), Firefox (where it cleans Temporary files, URL history, cookies and download history) and Opera (where it cleans Temporary files, URL history and cookies). As far as the operating system is concerned (Windows), it cleans Recycle Bin, Recent Documents, Temporary files and Log files. “Disc cleanser” also works for many third party applications. All in all, I like this software, because it does a very important job in a very easy and fast way.
